  • Emily’s Handcrafted Luxury Lollies – Emily usually makes luxury handcrafted lollipops for weddings and events, but is now offering ‘ready to ship’ lollipops to send to friends and family
  • Sweet Retreat – Whilst their shop is shut to the public for the time being Sweet Retreat is now trading online and posting sweets and chocolate to you!
  • Regency Fish – Leamington Spas only fishmonger is still open during the current pandemic serving the customers at their shop 49 Regent Street, 8 am – 3 pm Tuesday to Saturday, with contactless payment or over the phone payments only. Keep up to date with their latest stock and notices via their Facebook page.
  • La Casa Loco – You can order one of their fajita kits or a hot takeaway on Friday/Saturday evenings (Chimmichangas, Enchiladas, Cajun Chicken and Chilli). Order/preorder via their website…and there is also opportunity to donate a little towards meals for St Cross made by their staff!

  • Moose & Penguin Photography Project – Gemma Darnbrough is a local photographer specialising in newborn baby and child photography. Whilst her studio is temporarily closed she has decided to start a FREE photography project for all ages and abilities. Each day has a theme and all themes can be done at home.   • Rhythm Time Mid-Warwickshire – Rachel Turner is running Rhythm Time Mid-Warwickshire classes online again from the 30th of April. Rachel is also doing Monday and Thursday singalong videos at 11 am for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. There’s a Friday hokey cokey and 4 years of singing and class videos
  • Kiddibops Music Classes – Kiddibops Music Classes for Babies, Toddlers and Preschoolers are running video classes. They’ve just recorded their Easter themed session for you to do at home whenever you like. Planned and delivered by Classroom Music teacher of 20 years Rachel Pollard, with a focus on early learning development
  • Kidslingo Spanish – Award-winning language classes LIVE and online as well as emailing activities and mp3s every week
  • Adventure Babies Warwickshire & Coventry – Live, online sensory storytelling adventures for 0-4-year-olds every Tuesday and Friday. All Adventurers are themed and provide age-appropriate activity ideas to continue their adventure at home

  • June’s Chatterbox Tunes – June is providing a variety of interactive Music classes with puppets, guitar, instruments, props, signs and sensory play via Facebook as well as live classes. There are a number of FREE and paid classes (just £2 per session) suitable for children under the age of 4. June’s sessions are also amazing for children with Learning disabilities, ASD etc.

    • Envolve Wellness – Nora usually delivers exercise projects for people with disabilities such as autism, learning disabilities, frail elderlies including Parkinson, dementia etc. But under the current circumstances is doing her very best to regroup these vulnerable groups online, to maintain & improve their physical & mental health during isolation. Nora now provides weekly workouts, guidance, tips, discussions virtually on Facebook. Or if people really struggle with accessing Facebook she can email content weekly.     • HAPPY TO HELP SLIPS: There are still so many elderly and vulnerable people out there who don’t have enough food, don’t have any family or friends to rely on and are lonely, scared and don’t know where to turn. One of those people could be your neighbour! They may feel too proud or too embarrassed to ask for your help, so why not reach out to them? Print off one of our ‘Happy To Help’ slips, fill it out and put it through their letterbox. This way they know a kind neighbour is thinking of them and they have your contact details should they want to take you up on your offer. A subtle, unintrusive way to offer your support to someone who could be desperately in need. We have 4 differently worded variations of the same slip so you can pick which one is suitable, also the option to print without the coloured background 🙂
    • The Reiki Rooms – Offering free distance healing sessions to the elderly and receiving donations in exchange. Plus, free mediumship reading to give to those that have lost a loved one due to covid19. Mediumship readings can really help with the grieving process

      CONCERNED ABOUT SOMEONE WHO’S HOMELESS?

      Warwickshire County Council also wants to hear from residents who have concerns about homeless people in relation to Corona Virus, these cases can also be reported to them on 01926410410 or your local District or Borough Council.

    • Sainsbury’s – Protected shopping time for NHS ID holders 7:30 am – 8:00 am Monday-Saturday. Elderly customers, disabled customers, and their carers protected shopping time 8 am – 9 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday and priority access to online home delivery services
    • Aldi – Opening half an hour early on Sundays for NHS, Police, and Fire Service workers (bring a form of ID with you). Take priority ahead of queues every day upon showing a valid ID. Opening 30 minutes early Monday – Saturday for the Elderly (over 70) and vulnerable
    • Tesco – NHS Protected shopping time every Sunday for 1 hour before store opening time and 9 am -10 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays (large stores only). Protected shopping time for the elderly and vulnerable 9 am – 10 am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    • Waitrose – NHS workers can access daily essentials that have been specifically kept aside for them & priority treatment at the checkout. Plus care packages are being delivered to NHS facilities around the country.
